Small repairs, home upkeep, and outdoor projects done right, by someone who actually shows up and listens.
Welcoming to women and the LGBTQ+ community. Everyone deserves to feel safe letting someone into their home.
The jobs too small for a contractor and too annoying to keep putting off. Here are just a few examples of what I can help with.
Doors that won't shut, broken cabinet doors, drywall patches, leaky faucets, running toilets, and the little fixes that have been bugging you for months.
Seasonal upkeep, replacing furnace and water filters, weatherstripping, gutter cleaning, and keeping things running smoothly.
Tree trimming, log splitting, storm cleanup, and other jobs around the yard.
Garages, basements, closets, and sheds sorted out and set up to be more efficient.
Some skills are worth learning, and I'm happy to teach. Just mention it in the quote form below.
Get the DIY basics down and your next project started, or learn the routine upkeep that keeps your home in good shape.
Gather a few friends and pick a topic, like power tool basics, a hands-on craft project, or home and yard maintenance.

“Handy Hanley is a lifesaver! Jesse has helped me with so many things around the house over the years, big and small. Just about any task gets a can-do attitude, and if it's outside his skill set, he usually knows someone to recommend. As a solo woman, it's great to have someone in my space I know I can trust and feel safe with. I'll always go to Hanley first!”

I'm a licensed paramedic and Instructor Coordinator, so helping people and teaching come naturally to me. I like working with my hands and solving problems, whether it's a leaky faucet, a door that won't shut, or a yard full of storm debris.
I'm also part of the LGBTQ+ community, and I know it can be hard to find someone you can trust in your home. With me, you get honest answers, someone who listens, and solid work with no bias and no judgment.
Think of me as your Handy Hanley: someone who cares and is always glad to help.
